This shaper gives the right amount of compression to snatch your figure without feeling overly confined. It breathes and moves with you. The very first wear is I had the normal slight pull and tug to get on but after that it is comfortable enough for all day wear. I was pleasantly surprised that the sizing is pretty true to size. Love that it's over the shoulders but under the bra so that I can choose my own bra. It's seamless under clothing and helps clothing fit smooth without unsightly rolls and dimples. Great addition to shapewear essentials.
