Love it! I'm so happy I didn't buy the expensive keyshia ka'oir trainer. This one works sooo good and it doesn't roll up. I wear it to work as well wear I am standing all day in small area and it still works, sometimes too much because it soaks my under shirt. I order a XL-2XL in which when I recieved the trainer and I looked at the size it said XL, which is fine because it fits perfectly. I was 283 pounds when I ordered this, I've been working out for a month with this trainer and I'm down 15pounds.

Very happy with my purchase there's not too much difference between this and my Ka'Oir belt I posted this side-by-side with my Ka'Oir belt very happy with it when I go down in size I'll definitely buy another one
