I absolutely love my Sweat Waist Trainer. As soon as I put it on, I can feel my midsection warming up, and by the time I take it off, I'm dripping with sweat without using any creams! I can only imagine the results once I start using Sweet Sweat with it. I purchased an XL, but after a few wears I think I may need a smaller size, but I'm not sure. Either way, I will totally be buying another one as I lose weight.

I like how it it is sewn. Looks sturdy but i have not washed it yet. You can use under your shirt bI ordered a large.
